| August 2, 2005 Well, folks, I sure did take my time, but the EP 'Blame it on the Moon' is finished and available for some nice folk to take home and keep all warm and fuzzy or have it keep you all warm and fuzzy. CD's can be clever like that... At the moment it's available on CDBaby.com and Musicnet.com as well as at the Itunes store. I'll be able to sell straight from my site soon, but till then, these are great options. Speaking of great, there's some wonderful musicians on the CD. Jerry Arias who played percussion and drums on my last effort came back to lay his groove down and Tim Luntzel graced the low notes with so much soul and grace...I damn near blushed. Trina Hamlin stopped by and laid down some fab harp on 'Thought I was in Love,' really giving it an old Dylan 70's vibe and Joey (sonny) Barbato closed the CD on my lullaby 'Goodnight' with a very sexy Louisiana vibed accordion track. All I can say is that I'm loving how organic it all came out, and how everyone's talents clicked so well with no rehearsal. Sometimes you feel like a nut..sometiems you don't. Pass the cashews please! I'm a happy gal. I've also got a little plug here...VH1's Song of the Year gave the opening tune on 'Blame it On the Moon' 'Anotherman' ('he's gonna love her if it kills him, lurking in the shadows of a self made prison, puts his ring in his pocket...and he's anotherman" ) a 'Suggested Artist' listen mention on their website. Also, it seems the tune has hit a nerve with a quite a few guys, which has been great as it's been bringing a lot of new friends to visit our cozy little home here in the Internet ...Plenty of room to hang, and of course...think about that ring thing... Anyway folks, I hope you all are enjoying your summer and trying to keep cool in the heat that has been testing tempers all across the Northeast. Stay cool, and drink tons of water. Save the jack and Cab for later! ...Peace & real big hugs xxxdina |

| April 6,2004 It has been a busy couple of months and I’ve been finishing up the mixes and artwork for the EP ‘Blame it on the Moon’ for a June release. I’ve just posted a couple of mp3’s on the music page for you to hear, so have a listen. On another note, I just DJ-ed a really fun event at the Guggenheim Museum in the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed rotunda for a project they are calling ‘First Fridays’ in NYC (check out the details on the web site www.guggenheim.org ). The museum was packed wall to wall with a line going down Fifth Avenue to get in to explore the art, have a cocktail and of course…listen to me! Check out the photo below… London was a blast and I want to thank everyone who came out to catch my shows at the Bedford (Tony Moore… you rock) and Gerry O’ Boyle’s very fab Boogaloo club (the gig that turned into a party). Also, a little plug here…Bap Kennedy who plays quite a bit over at the Boogaloo has a new CD and it's really lovely, check it out. I hope to be back over real soon so till then, big hugs to all my UK buddies. |

February 7th, 2005 Hey everybody, thanks for stopping by my little home on the web. Things here are going really well and I have to say, I couldn’t have had a more perfect holiday season. I guess leaving Santa those chocolate chip cookies paid off! I’m typing this update to you from the Connecticut countryside, recuperating from a very long day of skiing. I’m sore all over, but I feel great… I know I’ve been terribly lazy about getting up a proper webpage for way too long, but with the help of my buddy George (who dwells in the Connecticut countryside), it’s finally done! Oh, and I plan to keep it updated…really, I swear I will. I’m just about finished with my EP called ‘Blame It On The Moon’ which is a collection of demos that were done over the past year or so, and it will be out by April. There will be a few snippets on the music page very soon. I’ll be rounding up the guys to start recording the full length CD in May, and I can’t wait to get started on it. We’re going to do a few shows in the NYC area before we hit the studio, so stay tuned. My DJ life has been pretty busy too, and I’ve had a few fun gigs over the past year including residencies at two new spaces called Strata and Providence. I closed 2004 DJ-ing a very fab New Year’s Eve party at Jean-George’ Vongerichten’s new spot called ‘The Spice Market’ in the meat packing district. It was the perfect way to ring in 2005. You can also check out my DJ page at www.djdinaregine.com If you happen to be in London at the end of the month, I’ll be playing a couple of solo acoustic gigs, so please come and keep me company, (you wouldn’t want me to be lonely, now would you…). I’ll be at Tony Moore’s new spot called the Bedford http://www.thebedford.co.uk/ on Feb. 22nd, and at Gerry O’Boyle’s club the Boogaloo http://theboogaloo.org/ on Thursday Feb 23rd (10pm). The Boogaloo just got a late night license, so I’ll meet ya at the bar… Seeya soon. Cheers! dina Ps: Remember … ‘All you need is Love’, ’Love can make you Happy’ and ‘Love is all Around’…BUT…’Only love can break your Heart’... HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! Hugs and kisses xxx |

I just can’t find another man to take your place” Tracy Nelson “One world was not enough for two like me and you” Oscar Wild “I think I love you, so what am I so afraid of... I’m afraid that I’m not sure of a love that there’s no cure for...” The Partridge Family “Damn...I wish I was your lover” Sophie B. Hawkins |
